If SMTP Server Uses STARTTLS Email Protocol, Email Dispatching Fails with Error "com.sun.mail.smtp.SMTPSendFailedException: 530 5.7.57 SMTP; Client was not authenticated to send anonymous mail during MAIL FROM []" (Doc ID 2598868.1)

Symptoms

If SMTP server is using STARTTLS email protocol , then when OBDX attempts to send email alert,
the following error occurs.

com.sun.mail.smtp.SMTPSendFailedException: 530 5.7.57 SMTP; Client was not authenticated to send anonymous mail during MAIL FROM []


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. In OBDX system configuration, configure an email server which uses STARTTLS email protocol
2. Maintain sender email address, authentication UID and password correctly.
3. Observe that email alert is failing with above mentioned error.
