ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

First record is not getting displayed on screen while inquiring loan 'View Schedule Inquiry'.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

All records should be displayed.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1 : Login into OBDX
2 : Navigate to 'View Schedule Inquiry' transaction
