Promote To Case Option Not Available In ECM 806 (Doc ID 2599617.1)

Customer is not able to see the promote to case option under disposition tab in ECM 806


 During trouble shooting, we found that Customer has not completed the BD post scripts steps which runs the dbbuilder utility for same DB. BD post scripts is a required step for getting the Promote to Case functionality. Customer was unable to run the same and was getting error in dbbuilder.log :

DB_BUILDER - Message 281007: Exception : com.mantas.dbtools.dbbuilder.parser.ParsingException:  Misplaced Attribute Definition
