Cancellation Status Is Marked As Blank Instead Of Exception When Payments Receives 'Seize' Response (Doc ID 2599792.1)

Cancellation status is marked as blank instead of Exception when payments receives 'Seize' response

Steps to simulate:

  1. Go to PXDTRNCL screen and check Cancellation status/ Error code/ Error reason for the same transaction  
  2. Cancellation status/ Error code/ Error reason for the same transaction are blank


If Payments receive 'Seize' response from Compliance/Sanction external system then Cancellation status should be marked as ‘Exception’. Error Code & Error reason will also be captured

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Go to PXSOVIEW/PBSOVIEW screen and select a transaction with status as exception and queue as sanction check queue
2. Click on cancel request
3. Enter mandatory fields in PXDTRNCL/PBDTRNCL screen and click on save and authorize
4. Go to Sanction Queue UI and send seize response from Sanction
5. Come back to Payments and check PXDOVIEW/PBDOVIEW screen for the transaction
6. Verify the cancellation status is blank

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot verify the status of transaction
