LC: Not Able to Extend "EXPIRY DATE" of LC Conracts with Error "ST-SAVE-028" (Doc ID 2600208.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.0 version, Production Support

When User is attempting to Modify the "Expiry Date" of few LC's, User is getting generic error (ST-SAVE-028).

ST-SAVE-028 : Failed to Process the Request


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Launch screen LCDTRONL and query the required contract
2. Click "unlock"
3. Modify the "Expiry Date"
4. Visit "Advices" Tab
5. User gets Error "ST-SAVE-028"

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot extend the expiry date of LC contracts as requested by Customer.
