CFDFLTRI Float Rate Maintenance Does Not Allow To Enter More Than 12 Rows

Symptoms
On : 11.83.03.0.0 version, Implementation Support
CFDFLTRI Float Rate Maintenance does not allow to enter more than 12 rows , it should allow to enter record detail and save.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Unlock an existent record with existent rates.
2. Click on add until you have 13 records in the grid "Effective Date and Amount Slab"
3. Enter the amount slab of row 13.
4. Hit tab or change field to wait for validation of Amount Slab
Error is coming "Please enter value in related Currency Field of this Amount Field It clears the amount slab field".
