Screen CFDFLTRI Fails to Save with MS-00001

Rate maintenance Screen CFDFLTRI is not allowing to save an existing record. This is happening in a random manner in different environments with different rates.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Unlock a record in Screen CFDFLTRI .
2. Save the record in Screen CFDFLTRI.

It shows Error Code MS-00001 but the data is valid.
