Restrictions maintained in Account class for Branch transaction products not working (Doc ID 2600558.1)

Symptoms

Bank has created a new account class which requires that cash deposit and cash withdrawal transaction be restricted on any account created from the account class. The cash deposit and withdrawal product has been disallowed on the account class but transaction from the two product is going through for accounts created under the same account class.
