ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Unable to add UDFs in CLDPRMNT Screen.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

User should be able to add UDFs in CLDPRMNT Screen.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to CLDPRMNT
2. New/Unlock and go to Fields tab
3. Add/Remove buttons are not enabling.
BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot add UDF fields.
