After Clicking "Back To Top" Button in "Multiple Transfers" Initiation Screen, Payee Details Disappears (Doc ID 2600712.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
After clicking "Back To Top" button in "Multiple Transfers" initiation screen, Payee details disappears.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
"Back To Top" button behavior should be as per expectation, which is, if user clicks on it should scroll up the page to the top.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go Multiple Fund Transfer initiation screen.
2. Scroll down to last and click on upper arrow button ("Back To Top" button), which is there in bottom right corner.
3. Notice that Payee 1 and Payee 2 data is disappearing.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
Due to this issue, users cannot proceed with multiple fund transfer without refreshing / re-initiating the page.
Affected Users: All retail users.
