Account Relationship Maaping Is Not Available Error On Deposit Details Screen (Doc ID 2601076.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to access Deposit details screen,
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
Account Relationship mapping is not available. Please contact your bank administrator.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in as admin user
2. From System rules --> enable account relationship check
3. From Relationship Matrix Maintenance we have checked for all account class
4. log in as corporate User
5. go to accounts >> term deposit >> new account >> fill all details and create new account
6. go to dashboard and click on term deposit account
7. click on deposit details.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot maintain account relationship mapping for term deposit
