Symptoms


When setup a transaction cut off date for own account transfer and trying to initiate transfer, "Transaction cut off is there" message not visible on screen.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in with admin

2. Setup transaction working window

3. Log in to corporate

4. Initiate a transfer for what working window was setup

5. Go from initiate to review screen

6. Message for cutoff not coming.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot see the error message due to transaction cutoff maintained.
