PROBLEM:CL:Facility Utilization during ROLLOVER (Doc ID 2601090.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.4 version, Production Support-SET

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
On deletion of rollover operation , the line utilization is not proper.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
As per the system functionality, the deletion operation has to reverse the original operation. Hence the deletion of rollover event should update the line amounts accordingly.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a new revolving line for the customer having a Loan
2. Perform the rollover of a Loan contract. While performing rollover, remove the old line and attach the newly created line. keep the record in UNAUTH (saved) status, utilization against new line is found to be correct at this stage
3. Check the utilized and available Amount of the line. It gets updated as expected.
4.Now delete the unauthorized (saved) Rollover record of the contract.
5.Validate the utilized and available Amount of the line. Its not updated.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, the limit utilization are appearing incorrectly.
