On : 12.4.0.6.0 version, Production Support-SET
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Users who are defined as STAFF on Flexcube and are define as RESTRICTED, can still input contracts for own customer account.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Users who are defined as STAFF on Flexcube and are define as RESTRICTED, should not be able to input contracts for own customer account.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a user and define as STAFF with restriction
2. Login into flexcube with created user and create a contract on STAFF's own customer account
