On : 18.3.0.0.0 version, Implementation
IOS mobile application is not getting build on xcode version 11.
ERROR

Module compiled with Swift 5.0 cannot be imported by the Swift 5.1 compiler: /~/IOS/IOS_PS6/zigbank/platforms/ios/OBDXExtensions.framework/Modules/OBDXExtensions.swiftmodule/arm64.swiftmodule
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Upgrade the Xcode version to 11 (swift version 5.1)
2. Download the IOS workspace from patch set
3.Follow the Oracle document to build the IOS application
