Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

 Email Alerts are not being sent to the registered Email IDs.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Email Alerts should be received at the registered Email IDs.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Initiate any payment/add payee transaction.
2. After successfully completing the transaction, user should receive en email alert.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot receive email alert.
