Transactions in "Payments" for Mobile Quick Links Appear Even Though the Transactions are not Mapped


Transactions still appear when retail user access payments from the quick links in mobile app (The + Icon) even though those transactions are removed from role transaction mapping.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Transactions should not appear when retail user access payments from the quick links in mobile app (The + Icon) once those transactions are removed from role transaction mapping.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1- User logs in with credentials.
2- User clicks on the quick links (+) icon and clicks on "Payment" Icon.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users are able to see transaction in mobile app even when they are removed from role transaction mapping.
