Symptoms

On : 18.1.0.0.0 version, Production Support

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
--------------------------
After Applying Patchset 12 (first rolled up Patchset for 18.1 i.e. 18.1.1.0.0) - When Login OTP is enabled for Admin Users, User Creation Fails.

ERROR
-----------

In Console Response - Error Code 417 is seen

In OBDX Application Logs -


com.ofss.digx.app.security.exceptions.tfa.TFARequiredException: Authentication Required !
at com.ofss.digx.app.user.service.User.fetchProfile(User.java:157)
at com.ofss.digx.appx.user.service.User.fetchProfile(User.java:129)


STEPS
----------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Enable OTP for Login for Admin User
2. Go to User Management and Create User
3. Error is observed. Creation of User is not successful

BUSINESS IMPACT
-------------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, Creation of User is not possible if Bank Enables Login OTP.

Changes

Enabling OTP as a mandatory authentication causes this Issue.
