Bills and collection : Contract Save Fails With "Response Empty" Due to WebSphere Time out parameters Defined (Doc ID 2602610.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.5 version, Production Support-SET

When attempting to save a contract from fast path or BCDCONON the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
Response is empty
Server processing failed
Script error occurred


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Access the fast path and enter BCDCONON
2. Enter the details in BCDCONON screen and save the contract ( screen will be lagging and slow)
3. Then when you press save the error is response empty

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot save any BC contract
