Cannot Search Business Entities In Account Tab Of A Case In ECM 8.0.7 (Doc ID 2602793.1)

The app fails to find any Account when we search using option 'Search Current Business Entities' in 'Add Account' window (opened using 'Add' button inside the Account tab of the Case)

The query at the backend tries to find the rows from FCC_ACCT table, which is empty. Hence it is unable to fetch any record.
