STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Step 1: Log in into application as Retail user
Step 2: Navigate to Accounts --> Current and Savings -->STOP/UNBLOCK Cheque
Step 3: Put the reason and cheque number to stop the cheque
Step 4: Provide the Cheque number in Cheque number flied and click on Submit.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot Stop/ Unblock a Cheque.
