Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When user Requests for Adhoc Transaction summary report, application shows successful message. But on view report, the status is shown as pending.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
In view report it should show successful.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in with corporate user and go to report
2. Request for Adhoc Transaction summary report
3. Upon clicking on confirm button it is showing successful.
4. Go to view report search for that particular report
5. Status will show Pending even if it is completed.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot do the Adhoc transaction summary report.
