ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When corporate checker user tries to authorize any report, on confirmation screen, application shows error like "System can not process the request.'
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Corporate checker should be able to authorize the transaction.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in with corporate maker, initiate any report
2. Log in with Corporate checker to approve the report.
3. Check the relevant reference number and click on approve
4. Application shows error "System can not process the request"
BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, checker users cannot approve the report transactions
