Symptoms

When attempting to Loan reassign for account, following error occurs.

ERROR

ST-VALS-009 -- Duplicate Records in Details for Account


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Login to system
2. Launch screen CLDCRASG
3. Input the account number
4. Proceed to perform reassignment
