User Having No Credit Cards Associated Receives Timeout On Dashboard

When a retail user without credit cards associated with user logs in to OBDX Application, application shows timeout exception. Other transactions on dashboard also fail with same timeout exception.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Log in using any user who does not have credit cards associated
2.on dashboard user faces Request timeout message
