Auditlog Search Based On Party Id Does Not Display Result (Doc ID 2604052.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
In Audit log screen admin searches by user ID and gets results, then selects the Party Id for the same user and gets nothing

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Audit log details should be shown if party id is selected in search criteria

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to audit log
2. Enter party id
3. Search

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, admin cannot see the audit log
