Error In Apache Tomcat 8.5.32 After RCA Module Install (Doc ID 2604085.1)

Deployment of war file in tomcat for 8.5.32 after installing RCA 8.0.6 on 807 installation failing with below error:

Tomcat manager is in error with message "FAIL - Application at context path [/ofsaepm] could not be started" and the OFSA page displayes "HTTP Status 404 – Not Found". In catalina.out file below error can be seen:

15-Oct-2019 15:25:32.607 WARNING [http-nio-8080-exec-1] org.apache.catalina.loader.WebappClassLoaderBase.clearReferencesThreads The web application [ofsaepm] appears to have started a thread named [Message Logger Daemon Thread] but has failed to stop it. This is very likely to create a memory leak. Stack trace of thread:
 java.lang.Object.wait(Native Method)
15-Oct-2019 15:25:32.612 SEVERE [http-nio-8080-exec-1] org.apache.catalina.loader.WebappClassLoaderBase.checkThreadLocalMapForLeaks The web application [ofsaepm] created a ThreadLocal with key of type [$1] (value [$1@794fd0bf]) and a value of type [] (value [$NoneContainer@2519d189]) but failed to remove it when the web application was stopped. Threads are going to be renewed over time to try and avoid a probable memory leak.

In localhost_access_log.log below errors can be seen

17-Oct-2019 09:18:54.231 SEVERE [localhost-startStop-1] org.apache.catalina.core.StandardContext.startInternal One or more Filters failed to start. Full details will be found in the appropriate container log file
17-Oct-2019 09:18:54.232 SEVERE [localhost-startStop-1] org.apache.catalina.core.StandardContext.startInternal Context [/ofsaepm] startup failed due to previous errors


 RCA installed.
