ICTB_CONSOL_VD_BAL updated incorrectly on adding a new child account to the Parent Account. (Doc ID 2604374.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.3 version, Production Support-SET

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
System did not calculate interest for one account in production. Total available amount in the account is incorrectly showing as a negative number.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Account is in positive balance and hence system is expected to calculate the interest amount using the formula configured for the interest rule.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Configure an account structure with a Parent account and more than one child accounts.

2. Run one End of day and validate the interest posted for the Parent account.

3. Add a new child account to the Parent Account, by updating the calc account in STDCUSAC screen (Customer Account Maintenance > IC special condition maintenance)

4. Run End of day and review the interest amounts posted for the Parent account.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------

The issue has the following business impact:

System failed to post interest for multiple Parent accounts since the consolidated balance got incorrectly updated to negative amount.

Changes

For all reported accounts , consolidated balance went wrong after adding a new child account in the account structure.
