Symptoms
In Arabic writing, the text direction is from right to left.
The system saves the changes successfully when the entries are in Arabic. However, when the text direction is from right to left system throws the error.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Scenario Tested #1
1- Access Alert Maintenance
2- Choose Module Name -> User Management
3- Choose Event Name -> reset credentials
4- Choose Recipient Type -> Party User -> Customer
5- Choose Locale -> Arabic
6- Write email subject and content with keeping the text direction from left to right.
7- Attempt to submit
Behavior:
Changes submitted successfully
