Symptoms

When attempting to download pdf in loan schedule inquiry,
the following error occurs.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in as retail user
2. Go to Loan schedule inquiry
3. Download pdf

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot download pdf in loan schedule inquiry .
