Symptoms

On : 12.0.3 version, Production Support-SET

Islamic loan VAMI with effective date on/after loan maturity date is failing with error.


ERROR
-----------------------
CL-ACC-155 : A Rate Revision Schedule is required for Periodic Rate Code for component <COMPONENT_NAME>

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Book a loan account in CIDACCVM screen.
2. For any component, maintain one revision schedule with first due date as maturity date of the loan account.
3. Maintain UDE details with code usage as "Periodic" for one of the elements of same component.
4. Save and authorize the loan account.
5. Do a VAMI with effective date as maturity date of the loan account and save the same.
6. Save action will fail with CL-ACC-155 error.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot do a VAMI for Islamic Account with effective date on/after loan maturity date.
