Symptoms

When user submits request for E-Statement, Application shows error "System cannot process the request currently. Please try later"

System cannot process the request currently. Please try later


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

log in to the application as retail/corporate User--> account details-->E-statement

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot get the Estatement for any of their accounts.
