Symptoms

On : 12.0.1 version, Production Support-SET

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Unable to authorize new user maintenance record, created through SMDUSRDF screen. System hangs after clicking authorize button and fails with Network error.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Authorization action in SMDUSRDF screen should complete in stipulated time without any error.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1) Create a new user in SMDUSRDF screen, by copying any existing user id.
2) Save the record.
3) Login through another user and authorize the record.
3) System hangs without any response on authorization event.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot create new user in system, by copying any existing user maintenance record.
