Symptoms

On : 11.2 version, Production Support-SET

Unable to modify amount block of TD. System is showing 'Effective date cannot be in past' error.

ERROR

CA-AB005: Effective date cannot be in the past.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Unlock an already existing amount block.
2. Modify the UDF.
3. Save the modification.
4. Verify whether the modification is saved successfully.
