User Interface (UI) Issues while Deleting the Biller (Doc ID 2604964.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
While trying to delete a biller:

UI Issue 1: Screen is showing "Biller Deleted Successfully" even though the biller is not deleted yet and asks for One Time Password (OTP) screen simultaneously.
UI Issue 2: The OTP screen sticks at the bottom of every page while traversing other tabs.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

UI Issue 1: "Biller Deleted Successfully" message should only come after successful deletion of the biller.
UI Issue 2: The OTP screen should only come when confirming the biller deletion.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.  After selecting a biller, click on Delete and Proceed for deleting the biller.
2. Then, it shows message "Biller Deleted Successfully" (though the biller is not deleted) and asks for OTP screen simultaneously. [First Issue]
3. The OTP screen sticks at the bottom of every page while traversing other tabs. [Second Issue]
