Symptoms

On : 12.0.1 version, Production Support-SET

While booking a standing instruction system throws "Response is Empty" error.

ST-SAVE-054 : Failed to Save

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to screen (SIDTRONL) Standing Instructions >> Operations >> Instruction Input
2. Click New and input details to create a new standing instruction.
3. Click Save

BUSINESS IMPACT

SI creation failing.
