Symptoms

Retail User is not able to access Top-Up Term Deposit from Toggle menu

When access to Top-up under retail dashboard i get this error message , but is able to access from accounts widget under term deposit under dashboard

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Step1: Log in with (Retail User)
Step2: Access Toggle menu--> Accounts--> Term Deposits--> Top Up

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot access top-up from Toggle menu--> Accounts--> Term Deposits--> Top Up.
