"System cannot process the request " error on screen, intermittent after enabling soft token

System cannot process the request
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Enabled soft token for payment transactions
2. Initiate a payment
3. On initiation screen click the confirm button
4. System cannot process the request comes
5. But screen to enter soft token is coming and we are able to input soft token, after entering soft token when we again click on confirm it is working fine

Due to this issue, users need to enter Soft token multiple times to make the transaction work.
