Islamic account class transfer is not triggered by system.

Islamic account class transfer should be triggered by the system.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Take an Islamic account.
2. Consider for account class transfer.
3. Run the EOD batch.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot change the islamic account class transfers.
