On : 12.3 version, Production Support-SET in Production Environment

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Incoming Swift payment messages going on hold status

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
If there is no error incoming swift payment must get processed

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run incoming swift job from CSSJOBBR

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, FT contracts created in system are not getting processed
