Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
In Stop Unblock Cheque, when user enter data on initiate screen. Go to verify screen, come back to initiate screen from verify screen, data entered by user is not retained on initiate screen.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Data entered by user should be retained on initiate screen.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. In Stop Unblock Cheque, enter data on initiate screen.
2. Go to verify screen
3. Come back to initiate screen from verify screen
