Symptoms

On : 11.0 version, Production Support-SET

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Utilisation is showing incorrectly (not matching with loan outstanding) for a loan contract. 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Loan outstanding balance and utilization has to be in sync.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Loan outstanding has to be sync with limit utilization.
