Symptoms

On : 12.0.3 version, Production Support-SET

Unable to mark network holiday from PCDNWHOL

 It is observed that mod_no in pctm_network_hol_master is char(1). So any modification beyond 9 will fail with unhand-led exception.

SIMULATION STEPS
-----------------------
1)Just do some modifications (PCDNWHOL screen) till mod number reaches 9.
2)Try marking or un marking of network holiday for any network code.
3) Unhandled exception error is thrown
