Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
The user is saving an OT contract and then querying the same through MSDMSPRV but user is not able to see the preview of the message to be generated .
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Once the user has saved the contract , user should be able to see the preview of the message to be generated .
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Save an OT Contract.
2.Go to Screen MSDMSPRV
3.Query the same .
4.The user is not able to preview the message which will generate shortly after authorization
BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot see the preview for messages in MSDMSPRV for OT module .
Message preview screen is used to preview messages, before authorization .The same is not happening for OT module .
