Symptoms


ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Some of the error messages are coming in English language.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
----------------------
Messages should not come in English language if application is in Arabic.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in with invalid credentials
2. Do international Transfer by entering a wrong Swift code

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot see error messages in Arabic language.
