Error in forward contract cancellation (Doc ID 2607223.1)

Symptoms

On : 3.4 version, Production Support-SET

When attempting to cancel the forward contract
the following error occurs.

ERROR

Hanging

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Need to select a forward contract which is cancelled
2. Ensure cancelled accounting entries are not passed.
3. But it cancelled status and amount should have got updated in the fxtb_contract_master/fxtb_payment table.
4. Try to cancel the forward contract again.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue,
1. User will not be able to settle the customer proceeds.
2. General ledger will not match with forward contract schedule.
