LC contract changes done from LCDAMEND are getting saved but not reflected on front end (Doc ID 2607237.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.3 version, Production Support-SET

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

LC contract changes done from LCDAMEND are getting saved but not reflected on front end .

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
LC contract changes should get save and updated in front end as well.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to flexcube.
2. Open LCDAMEND.
3. Increase contract amount.
4. In collateral screen also increase same amount .
5. In Fields screen also input CASH COLLATERAL ACCOUNT.
6. In commission tab change Calc Method from Periodic to Flat
7. Change commission amount for related components with current effective date.
8. Save the change.
9. Transaction gets saved successfully.
10.After "Save" of LC amendment query the contract again and verify if changes are present
11.All the above changes done are lost.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot amend LC contract.
