Deleted Corporate Teller Batch Has Unauthorized Records (Doc ID 2607240.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.3 version, Production Support-SET

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Deleted Corporate Teller batch has unauthorized records in DESTLRON .

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Once batch is deleted its corresponding records should be authorized and actb_daily_log entries should be deleted.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to flexcube.
2. Reverse transaction from DEDTLRON that was initiated in the same date
3. In summary screen DESTLRON, original entry is authorized for the batch (event INIT) and unauthorized for other batch no (event REVR).
4. Delete batch from DEDBTTOT with the reversed entry.
5. Batch is deleted successfully but reversal entry is still unauthorized.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, Corporate Teller batch remains unauthorized.
