Symptoms


ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

When Admin User Maintains Security questions in Arabic, the security questions which were maintained in English are erased, and even when the admin user attempts to maintain them in English again, system gives "Success" Message however nothing is reflected.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
View should be available of Previously maintained Security questions.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1- Log in with Admin User (Interface: Arabic) 
2- Access Security Question Maintenance.
3- Maintain Security Questions in Arabic and save.
4- Switch to English Interface.
5- Access Security Questions Maintenance.
6- Maintain another set of security questions in English and save.

Expected Behavior:
Saved Successfully and user able to view.

Current Behavior:
System gives Success, however changes are not reflected.


BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot maintain security questions in English if security questions are already maintained in Arabic language.
