When User Enters Arabic Characters In Remarks Field While Doing Payment, Application Shows Error "Invalid Remarks" (Doc ID 2607549.1)

Symptoms

While doing internal payments, in remarks field if user put the value in Arabic language then it throws error like "Invalid Remarks"

ERROR

"Invalid Remarks" 

In Logs :
Caused by: com.ofss.fc.infra.validation.exception.BusinessPolicyViolationException: Payment business policy has been violated.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in with any end user and go to payment
2. Go to internal transfer fill all the values
3. In remarks field put any Arabic value
4. Then it will throw "Invalid remarks"

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot do any transfer where remarks field present.
